Ed Shady met up with Dustin Powers saying he wanted some competition. He said that he could beat Brandon Havoc, Tank Douglas, and even Tank's brother and Big Bites member Bugsy Allen. Bugsy overheard the conversation and couldn't believe what he was hearing. Bugsy believed that he was the better wrestler and wanted to have his comeback match against Shady to which Shady agreed. After Bugsy left, Shady told Powers he didn't really want to fight him. Bugsy overheard and Shady denied saying anything. After Shady left, Bugsy told Powers he didn't really want to fight Shady either. Shady overheard and Bugsy denied saying anything. In the end they decided to have the match.

*Demonic is now known as King Marcus Williams. *Match ended in DQ when Williams didn't stop punching Powers in the corner after the ref's 5-count. *Williams gave Powers the Crowning Jewel and a chokeslam before leaving the ring.
